Condolences for Paul L. Ranum

Paul and I have been friends for a long time. We met on a church committee whose agenda, at that time, was to determine if the church should purchase a computer...so that was a long time ago. He was loving, caring, concerned and considerate in both his professional and personal life. More recently Paul, I and two other wonderful friends would meet monthly for lunch and some great conversation. I so looked forward to that gathering every month. Paul's friendship was one of my greatest blessings. To Marilyn and family, may fond memories and God's Holy Spirit give you comfort and strength at this difficult time

Dear David, Steven, and Mark, You have my most sincere sympathy in the loss of your father, Paul. I will always remember him as a very good man who treated everyone with kindness. He seemed to have a deep joy inside which he shared with the world. I have very good memories of him from my youth. You may remember me as one of your regular babysitters back in the sixties. Dear Mrs. Ranum, You have my most sincere sympathy in the loss of your beloved husband, Paul. Although we believe he is now in a better place with no more suffering, we who are left behind will miss his presence here. I will always remember Paul as a friendly and kind man. I had a lot of respect for him in all that he did when he was working in the Platteville area. It seemed he was a wonderful husband to you as well. I will really miss Paul he was such a interesting person to talk to.I would go over there quite often.He was always happy to see me as I was happy to see him.When ever I would go there we would talk about everything.Never a dull moment.Paul and his wife are one of a kind the nicest people I have ever met.R.I.P PAUL GOD BLESS.

Marilyn: I am so sad to hear that Paul passed into his Heavenly home on Sunday. The beauty of his passing is that he is now residing with the Lord and no doubt watching after all of us. He was such a good friend, and I will miss the opportunity to come by to your home and chat with him from time to time. I am praying that our good Lord will now watch over you.
