Condolences for Joel M. Dow

I had the pleasure of working with Joel for many years. He was hard working and very kind. He was very easy to talk to about work issues, but he really would light up talking about his family. He loved them with all his heart. He also liked to talk about outside interests. He will be missed. Michael and Mary Johnson

I am truly going to miss Joel. Although we grew up many miles apart he was always one of my favorite people, so much so that my youngest son is named after him. I know he is in a great place now and no longer in pain. Rest in peace my cousin. Linda and Jason you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love you guys.

Joel was a valued coworker and friend for many years at Trane. As a design engineer I always appreciated his council and meticulous work in scroll and screw compressor builds. He was a steady hand in both the good and bad times we had in the development of new compressors. I’m not surprised he wanted to be buried in his Mustang. He was very proud of it at Trane.
