Obituary for Bradley S. "Brad" Hrejsa

Brad was born May 18,1972 in Glenview, IL to Skip and Darlene (Schuldt) Hrejsa. He was the “world’s most okayest brother” to Debbie (Guy) Steinbrink, Renee (Steve) Ciepley, and Kelly (Tom) Sankovich, who preceded him in death. Brad was “the world’s funnest uncle” to all his nieces and nephews. Brad is also survived by his girlfriend Erin Staunton. He was the best pet dad to Tosh and Cersei who won’t miss him saying, “No, you’ve had enough treats.” Brad served in the Marine Corps where he honed his natural mechanical ability working on aircrafts.

Brad loved his family and friends more than anything except for

-fishing

-camping

-animals (especially dogs)

-taking other people fishing

-Miller lite beer

-boating

-Taco Bell

-Project Zomboid

-t shirts (the more off color the better)

-target shooting

-buffalo wings

-chicken and rice

-fishing off the boathouse

-starting a project and not finishing it

-Chicago Blackhawks

-Chicago Bears (Packers stink!)

-reading

-raising baby squirrels

-gardening (since he was getting older)

-woodworking

-CocaCola (not diet or caffeine free)

-shenanigans (the crazier the better)

-encouraging nieces and nephews to engage in shenanigans

Brad’s playful, fun loving, gentle spirit was a blessing to all he knew.
