Obituary for Dylan Reynolds

Dylan lived life with a sense of adventure and was happiest when he was moving fast. Whether it had two wheels, four wheels, or anything in between, he loved the thrill of speed and the freedom that came with it.

Above all, Dylan, loved his family. He shared a deep and devoted bond with his girlfriend, Lauren, who was not only the love of his life, but also his constant companion and best friend. Dylan was incredibly proud of and adored his little sister, Claire. He would do just about anything for her. Dylan was looking forward to her upcoming marriage to Zach, who received Dylan’s stamp of approval long ago and he already considered him family. His brothers, Max and Jevin, were more than siblings to him. They were his trusted confidants, partners in adventure, and best of friends. Always there for each other no matter the distance. Becoming an uncle was a source of great pride and joy for Dylan. His niece, Emersyn, held a very special place in his heart and there was nothing quite like watching the two of them together. As his parents, one of our greatest privileges was watching him become a man who loved and treasured those closest to him.

The family Dylan built extended far beyond blood. His friends stood beside him, sharing countless adventures and memories. To their children he was “Uncle Dylan,” a role he embraced with a playful spirit and kind heart. Dylan will be remembered for the way he lived… with courage, laughter and a few curse words, loyalty and a heart that loved deeply. Though his time with us was far too short, the stories he created for us to share, the joy he brought and the love he gave will continue to live on in everyone who was fortunate to know him.

Dylan leaves behind his parents, Buck and Sarah (Gasper) Reynolds; his older brother, Max Reynolds; younger brother, Jevin Reynolds; younger sister, Claire Reynolds and her fiancé Zach Wihlm; niece, Emersyn Dillon; loving girlfriend Lauren Voelker, grandparents Wayne and Gerri Reynolds, grandparents Jim “Papa G” and Karen Gasper; grandparents Tom and Sandy Belt; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the Anderson-Good American Legion Post 40, 401 15th Ave S., Bangor, WI.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made, which will be used for a scholarship fund we will establish in honor of Dylan.
